If you want to see some of Nevada’s best sights take an excursion to The Grand Canyon. At one mile deep, 277 miles (446km) long and up to 18 miles (29km) wide the Grand Canyon is one of the great natural wonders of the world. See the Hoover Dam which stretches 1,247ft (380m) across the Colorado River, and holds back Lake Mead. One of the world's most famous dams, the Hoover Dam is a spectacle not to be missed.
Like we said earlier gambling is always the first thing you think of when you say ‘Las Vegas. Now though, it’s starting to be seen as a family destination and with its numerous shopping malls, golf courses and theme parks will keep all the family happy.
